1912 Mitchell Model 5-6 Touring

A centennial that concours organizers may have overlooked will instead be celebrated August 23 in Racine, Wisconsin. Actually, Mitchell is much older than Ford or Buick, having been in the heavy-duty horse-drawn equipment business since 1834, but they didn’t start making automobiles until 1903. The 100% Mitchell-built cars were only produced until 1923, when Nash bought the factory.
